Remember my friend Gemma? You know this baker extraordinaire? Yeah that's the one. I have teamed up with her (and Nia but more on that in a sec) to raise some money for cancer research and prevention via Biggest Morning Tea.
I'm sure that just about everyone has been affected in some way by cancer and would like to give it the big middle finger so what better way to do so than with baked goods?
We would really really really LOVE for you to get involved and have a few fun things happening that you can join in and support:
Yes! Gorgeous Nia will be hosting a morning tea themed #postaparcel round. All things tea - think flavoured sugar cubes, scone mixes, doilies and dainty silverware - will be exchanged via snail mail so if you love parcels and you love tea, make sure you jump over to Life and Co to sign up. Oh, and did I mention that the winner will receive a parcel of goodies picked out and baked by myself and Gemma?
More info and to sign up go HERE.
2. Virtual Tea Party
For an entire week we're going to host a virtual tea party. We want you to post something (anything!) tea party themed on your own blog (or even Facebook Page), submit the link and we will compile it with all the other links over here so that we can get dressed up in our frocks and hop via the power of internet from post to post and feel like we're all at one giant tea party. You can be as creative as you want as long as it fits the theme - a recipe, a DIY, even a tea party table setting or outfit post if that's more you're style.
More info and link up page over HERE.
If you're the minimum effort kinda guy (I hear ya) and love the idea of getting involved but don't want to go to the post office or switch on the oven, you can totally just make a donation to our team. And because we are so thankful for your support we'll even throw in a parcel of goodies to a random donator.
We are hoping to raise $2000 (eek) and would be so grateful for your support in any way. Please share with your friends if you think it is something they may be interested in. Let's do this!
