As I hinted last week, Nia, Chloe and I were looked after extremely well by our Adelaide Hills hostessess with the mostess-est Elizabeth and Esteé. Among other fun activities, they planned for us to have lunch at an old shed out the back of Walk the Talk - but first we were to collaboratively style up the space using gorgeous foliage and other bits and bobs from the beautiful Austin Bloom shop.
The result was the most deliciously OTT lunch for just the five of us. Dreamy.
We were fed by Ali Seedman, our very own chef for the afternoon. Hearty salads and freshly baked bread with dukkah were piled high on our plates and washed down with local wines.
And let's just say I still think about the Eton Mess (mango, lemon curd and pistachio meringue) daily.
Very special mention also to these moon cakes and that pear and chocolate tart made by the very talented Dina (if you're reading this Dina, send more cookies please).
Thank you so much for the efforts and memories ladies!
