I spent Sunday with Luisa and Hetty in Catherine Fields at the Field to Feast Farm Day, among people who take their organic veggies very seriously. Field to Feast uses no chemicals and hardly any water on their crops - just love. Hapi, the farmer is the sweetest, most passionate man I've met in a long time and Catherine, the farmer's wife, is warm and made us feel very much at home on her farm.
After touring the farm, we ate beautifully fresh Vietnamese street food from Bar Pho and sweet treats from Nineteen79. I couldn't resist buying a bunch of fresh chamomile so that I could have a little bit of the farm back home. And naturally I took a thousand photos. Duh.
