Hetty makes a mean salad. Luisa is a ridiculously talented photographer who captures a moment like no one else. And I was lucky enough to hang out with these 2 beautiful women for the past month styling the Arthur Street Kitchen Cookbook shoot.
You just know when a project is going to fit, don't you? First of all, these ladies are incredibly warm and generous and I learnt so much from them. And secondly, food. Vegetarian food. And Surry Hills! It just doesn't get better than that.
Together we shot 60 salad recipes which I personally tasted and can vouch for. We laughed a lot. And we instagrammed a lot. Mostly, a lot of love went into this project and I think it's going to show when the book comes out at the end of the year. If you love vegetables or would like to learn to love vegetables promise me you'll pick one up ok?
See that below? That's how every day ended. And what we didn't eat we got to take home with us. Don't be jelly coz you ain't me.
Also, if you're interested, Broadsheet recently did an article of the shoot over here.
